AGRO Kabelverschraubungen Progress ® in Metall für den Einsatz in Schienenfahrzeugen AGRO Progress ® Kabelverschraubungen aus Metall können mit Dichteinsätzen aus einem speziellem TPE bestückt werden. In dieser Ausführung sind sie zertifiziert nach EN 45545 sowie NFPA 130 und können bedenkenlos für alle Anwendungen und Anordnungen im Schienenfahrzeugbau eingesetzt werden. 1 Kurze, lange oder Spezial-Anschlussgewinde Kabelverschraubungen Progress ® mit kurzem oder langem An- schlussgewinde in metrischer oder Ausführung können bei vorhan- denem Öffnungsgewinde oder mit Gegenmutter verwendet werden. 2 Sichtbare Sicherheit Der kleine Wulst des Dichteinsatzes bestätigt das richtige Anzugs- drehmoment. 3 Hoher Verdrehschutz Die im Unterteil integrierte Längsrandrierung sorgt über den Dicht- einsatz für eine hohe Verdrehsicherheit. 4 Kompressionstechnik Die ein- oder zweiteiligen Dichteinsätze werden durch die Druck- mutter verpresst und eine ausserordentlich Kabel schonende Zug- entlastung wird erreicht. Der Kabelmantel bleibt selbst bei dynami- schen Anwendungen langfristig intakt. 5 Garantierte Dichtigkeit Auf den Dichteinsatz abgestimmte Innenkonturen sorgen für eine zielgerichtete Verformung des Dichteinsatzes und garantieren so- mit dessen perfekte Abdichtung. Die Schutzart IP 68 bis 10 bar so- wie IP 69 ermöglichen eine breite Anwendung. AGRO metal cable glands Progress ® for rolling stock applications AGRO Progress ® metal cable glands can be equipped with sealing inserts made of a special TPE. These versions are certified according to EN 45545 and NFPA 130 and can be used with confidence for any rolling stock application. 1 Short, long or special entry thread Cable glands Progress ® with short or long entry thread designed as metric or Pg can be used with existing opening threads or with a counter nut. 2 Visible safety The small bulge in the sealing insert confirms the correct tightening torque. 3 High distortion protection The integrated retaining grooves in the lower part and in the sea- ling insert grant against twisting. 4 Compression technology The one or two-part sealing inserts are being compressed by a com- pression nut. A very cable-protecting strain relief is produced.
