236 www.agro.ch AGROflex Geflechtschläuche in Polyester und Polyamid AGROflex braided sleevings made of polyester and polyamide In Zusammenarbeit mit namhaften Kunden haben wir die Produkt- eigenschaften erarbeitet, welche für den Anwender besonders wich- tig sind und versucht, diese Kriterien zusammen mit Produktions- technikern in verbesserte Produkte umzusetzen. Die bemerkenswerteste Änderung ist der spitzere Flechtwinkel, in welchem die Einzelfäden miteinander verwoben sind. Diese neue Flechtweise kombiniert mit einem etwas dünneren Monofil bei der Ausführung in Polyester führt zu einem extrem flexiblen Schlauch und zu einer hervorragenden Aufstauchbarkeit. Die Geflechte las- sen sich auf das Doppelte ihrer Nennweite aufstauchen. Der spitzere Flechtwinkel erlaubt ein geschmeidigeres Einführen von Leitungen und Kabeln auch über grössere Längen. Die Einzelfilamen- te laufen sozusagen parallel zu den Kabeln und stellen sich ihnen nicht als Hindernis oder „Einfädelstelle“ in den Weg. The most notable change is the more pointed braid angle in which the individual threads are interwoven. This new way of braiding, com- bined with a slightly thinner monofilament in the polyester version results in an extremely flexible tube and in outstanding tubefitting qualities. The meshwork can be fitted on to areas twice as large as its nominal width. The more pointed braid angle permits smoother insertion of cords and cables even across long distances. The individual filaments run virtual- ly parallel to the cables and do not get in their way as an obstruction or “catching area”.
