Normen und staat- liche Richtlinien wollen diese Risiken minimieren und Installateuren, Monteuren und zu guter Letzt auch dem Endnutzer mehr Sicher- heit bieten. Geprüfte und zertifizierte Produkte geben dem Installateur Si- cherheit bei der Montage und die Gewissheit, dass das Produkt seine Funktion über viele Jahre erfüllen wird. AGRO erfüllt die relevanten Anforderungen nach IECEE OD-2048 und OD ECS 035 bzw. 037 für die Anerkennung von Prüfberichten im CTF/MTL Verfahren. Unser Labor entspricht den anwendbaren Anforderungen aus der ISO/IEC 17025:2005. (Allgemeine Anforde- rungen an die Kompetenz von Prüf- und Kalibrierlaboratorien). Im Klartext heisst dies: AGRO AG verfügt über das nötige normative Wissen, um Produkte schnell und sicher zu prüfen. Die Zulassungsstelle garantiert die Zertifizierung von Prüfberichten aus dem auditierten AGRO Herstellerlabor. Stand- ards and government directives have the goal of minimising these risks and offering additional safety to electricians, fitters and most of all the end user. Products which have been tested and certified provide the fit- ter with security during installation and assembly. This testing also provides the certainty that the product will perform its function for many years. AGRO meets the relevant requirements according to IECEE OD-2048 and OD ECS 035 or 037 for the recognition of test re- ports according to the CTF/MTL procedure. In simple terms, this means that AGRO AG has the necessary normative knowledge to test products quickly and safely. The accreditation body guarantees the certification of test re- ports propared by the audited AGRO manufacturer’s laboratory. Geprüft wurden unter anderem die IP-Druck- prüfanlage (Schutzart IPX8 bis 10 MPa (100 bar) und die Zugprüfma- schinen bis 2.5 kN (250 kg) für das Prüfen von Kabelverschraubungen, Steckdeckeln, Lampendübeln und anderen Komponenten. Ebenso der Klimaschrank für das Durchführen von Wärmealterungen, die Einrich- tung für die Schlagprüfungen, mit der die Widerstandskategorie von Kabelverschraubungen ermittelt wird, und das Testgerät, mit dem die Glühdrahtfestigkeit an Bauteilen nach IEC (650°C / 850°C) geprüft wird. Alles in allem kommen die Zulassungsstellen zu folgendem Schluss: „Die Produkte von AGRO halten, was das Unternehmen verspricht“. Wir verfügen ebenfalls über eigens konstruierte Prüfeinrichtungen, welche es uns erlauben, nach der amerikanischen UL514B zu prüfen . Dies beinhaltet den Oil-Spray, Flexing und pull-out Test so- wie die Alterungsprüfung. Ebenfalls im CTF-Verfahren führen wir Prüfungen und Zertifizie- rungen für Kabelverschraubungen durch, welche für den Einsatz in Explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen (Zündschutzart „e“ und „d“) zugelassen sind. All dies erlaubt uns bereits in der Entwicklungsphase die Normvor- schriften zu überprüfen und in die weitere Entwicklung mit einflies- sen zu lassen. Darüber hinaus sind wir in den wichtigsten nationalen und interna- tionalen Normengremien vertreten, damit wir aktiv die zukünftigen Normen mitgestalten können. AGRO has expanded its test laboratory with additional test set-ups and can now conduct oil-spray, flexing and pull-out tests as well as accelerated aging tests in accordance with the requirements of the American UL 514B standard . We also carry out tests and certifications for cable glands in the CTF process, which are approved for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ignition protection type “e” and “d”). The ability to conduct in-house tests allows us to verify the non- conformity of new products early in the development stage. The development process can thus be faster and more efficient. AGRO is represented in the most important national and interna- tional standardisation bodies and takes an active role in the design of future standards. The tests included the IP compression testing system (Protection Class IP X8 up to 10 MPa (100 bar) and tensile testing machines up to 2.5 kN (250 kg) for testing cable glands, plug-in covers, lamp plugs and other components. The same applies to the climatic chamber for carrying out heat ageing, the device for impact tests to deter- mine the resistance category of cable glands, and the test device for testing the glow wire strength of components in accordance with IEC (650°C / 850°C). All things considered, the accreditation bodies came to the conclu- sion that AGRO products perform just as the company promises.
