Montageanleitung Assembly Instructions Progress ® EMV RAPID 1 Komplette Kabelverschraubung (5 Teile) in das vorgesehene Gehäuse einschrauben, ohne die Druckmutter fester anzuziehen. 2 Kabelaussenmantel partiell abisolieren oder auf gewünschte Länge zuschneiden. 3 Kabel in die Kabelverschraubung einfüh- ren, bis der Schirm in der Kontaktscheibe (5) einrastet oder der Kabelmantel an der Scheibe ansteht. 4 Druckmutter (1) mit dem Unterteil (4) ver- schrauben, bis der Dichteinsatz (2) zwi- schen Druckmutter und Kabel einen klei- nen Wulst bildet. FERTIG! Die PROGRESS MS EMV RAPID kann durch Ausstossen der Kontaktscheibe (5) auch ohne Weiterführen des Schirms montiert werden. Progress ® EMV 1 Unterteil (4) der Kabelverschraubung in das vorgesehene Gehäuse einschrauben. 2 Druckmutter (1), Dichteinsatz (2) und Kontakthülse (3) über das Kabel ziehen. 3 Aussenmantel des Kabels auf die ge- wünschte Länge zurückschneiden. 4 Schirmumflechtung oder Schirmfolie ungefähr auf Kontakthülsenlänge X zu- schneiden. 5 Kontakthülse, Dichteinsatz und Druck- mutter bis Mantelende vorschieben. 6 Schirmgeflecht (6) oder Schirmfolie über Kontakthülse legen und überstehendes Schirmmaterial abschneiden. 7 Kabel durch das bereits montierte Unter- teil der Kabelverschraubung führen. 8 Dichteinsatz und Kontakthülse bündig in das Unterteil stecken. 9 Druckmutter mit dem Unterteil verschrau- ben, bis der Dichteinsatz zwischen Druck- mutter und Kabel einen kleinen Wulst bildet. ᇭ Progress ® EMV RAPID 1 Screw in the complete cable gland (5 parts) into the intended housing without further tightening the compression nut. 2 Partially dismantle the outer cable sleeve or trim to the desired length. 3 Feed cable into the cable gland until the shielding snaps into the contact disk (5) or the cable sheath contacts the disc. 4 Tighten compression nut (1) to the lower gland part (4) until the sealing insert (2) forms a small ridge between the compres- sion nut an the cable. FINISHED! The PROGRESS MS EMV RAPID can also be mounted by extruding the contact disc (5) without extending the shield. See the PROGRESS EMV assembly instructions. Progress ® EMV 1 Screw the lower part (4) of the cable gland into the housing. 2 Push compression nut (1), sealing insert (2) and contact bushing (3) over the cable. 3 Trim outer sheath of the cable to the de- sired length. 4 Trim braided shield or shielding foil to the the approximate length of contact bush- ing X. 5 Push contact bushing, sealing insert and compression nut to the end of the sheath. 6 Place braided shield (6) or shielding foil over the contact bushing and cut off the protruding shielding material. 7 Feed cable through the already mounted lower part of the cable gland. 8 Insert sealing insert and contact bushing flush into the lower part. 9 Tighten compression nut to the lower part until the sealing insert forms a small ridge between the compression nut and the cable. 1 1 6 2 2 3 3 5 4 4 X X Technische Änderungen vorbehalten. | Technical modifications are subject to change . 262 www.agro.ch Progress ® EMC Series 85 1 Trim the outer cable sheath and cable shield ne- atly to the desired length using a cutter if the cable shield need not be continued. To provide the best possible protection for the cable shield, it is necessary to install a copper EMC tape (copper adhesive tape 25 mm wide, Scotch 3M type 1181). 2 Screw the lower section (item 5) of the cable gland into the housing. Push the compression nut (item 1), sealing insert (item 2), adapter (item 4) and collect (item 3) over the cable. Use the collet to introduce and position the cable in the lower section. 3 Screw the adapter onto the lower section un- til the cable becomes clamped, then tighten according to the table below. 4 Screw the compression nut onto the adapter (tighten the adapter using a spanner) until the sealing insert forms a small ridge between the compression nut and the cable. Installation should only be carried out by trained experts. Progress ® EMV Serie 85 1 Den Kabelmantel und Kabelschirm mit einer Schere sauber auf die gewünschte Länge zu- rückschneiden, wenn der Kabelschirm nicht weiter geführt werden muss. Um den Kabelschirm optimal zu schützen, ist es erforderlich, dass der Lieferung beilie- gende Kupfer-EMV-Tape (Kupferklebeband 25 mm, Scotch 3M Typ 1181) zu montieren. 2 Das Unterteil (Pos. 5) der Kabelverschraubung in das vorgesehene Gehäuse einschrauben, Druckmutter (Pos. 1), Dichteinsatz (Pos. 2), Zwischenstück (Pos. 4) und Spannzange (Pos. 3) über das Kabel aufschieben. Kabel mit der Spannzange in das Unterteil einführen und po- sitionieren. 3 Zwischenstück mit dem Unterteil verschrauben, bis das Kabel fühlbar geklemmt wird, anschlies- send gemäss unten stehender Tabelle festzie- hen. 4 Druckmutter mit dem Zwischenstück (Zwi- schenstück mit Schlüssel kontern) verschrau- ben, bis der Dichteinsatz zwischen Druckmutter und Kabel einen kleinen Wulst bildet.
